Waste of time - materials were supposed to be based on the most current textbook. The WORST possible thing they couldve done was remove my access to the test simulator. It was nice to practice with questions, but they removed my access to the simulator, so also useless. Horrible company, no ethics and even worse customer service. They genuinely do not care. The information is somewhat reliable, but videos did not play with audio and have no captions. So paying for those was useless. I downloaded a PDF study guide that is semi helpful.

My status and my concerns:

1.Tests kings was recommended to me. So I am surprised that I have had the issues thus far that I have had.

2.I was able to use the id george.j.kahwaty@################### and the password provided, thank you for that. I have not had a chance to change the password, it is my intention to do that this evening (4/25/18).

3.Signing in 2 days ago to the previous address I noticed the test had only 80 questions, signing in last night I noticed it had increased to 150. I was under the impression that the complete array of questions (1780) would be available to me. if this is true how do I access them? If it selects a random 150 out of the 1780 why is that not clearly stated?

4.I sent an email 2 days ago , inquiring about the audio portion and how to access it. I have not received a response and I still do not know how to access it, the simulation labs nor the study guide pdf that are part of the bundle. If there is a way to do, it I do not see it.

5.Due to the back and forth I have had aprox only 2 days of the 13 that have passed of actual access to the test and only the test as metioned in the previous point. And frustration was high when I got the test up and running that it was not conducive to learning. So I have lost 11 days of possible study time.

6.It is inconcievable to me that in this day and age the only “support” you have is thru email, no phone number, no online chat and it seems that even email takes a while to be answered.

7.Some of the issues to “set up” the test were not readily understood at first.

Ok here I go again. This process has been difficult and I can’t say I am thrilled with it. Below are the issues I have run into . I signed up with my work id and I’m wondering if now that was a bad idea.

I contacted you via an alternate email form home due to being unable at the time to access my work email.

Problem #1 – I mistyped my email name (my fault) it should be George.j.kahwaty@################### – I typed geroge.j.kahwaty@################### I have attempted to change it. It seem to work but then I cannot sign in to george.j.kahwaty@################### at this point I cannot sign in to either version of the email.

Home installation:

Problem # 2 - JRE – I was able to correct this eventually by downloading and installing java/jre.

I final got to the point where it installed test king.

Problem # 3 - logging into the test. After finally getting the test installed on my “HOME” system . it indicated that I had network proxy issues? I reviewed the settings as directed by the program and was unable to determine a problem . it gives you “browser settings” as an option and it says successful when I select it , but then when trying to log in I still have issues.

Problem # 4 – after trying to fix Problem #3 , I go to the point where it no longer recognizes the email and password for either email.

Work installation:

I attempted a install on my work machine and while test king told me it was successful my system told me it was not due to corporate policy.

Problem # 5 – having only email communication is extremely inefficient and has been so far frustrating. On your web site it indicated an online chat, which I could not locate anywhere. There is no phone number to call and I find that, surprising in this day and age.

MY recommended solutions.

Refund my purchase of syo-501 bundle. Remove my userid both George.j.kahwaty@################### or geroge.j.kahwaty@################### whichever you find. I will then repurchase it using my home email and try again then if I find issues I can send you screen prints. As I am at work from 7am-6pm most days , I can try to contact you outside those hours, but I assume you’re not available and I won’t have time 7-5 till Friday which is my day off!

Installing on my home computer seems to be the best option at the moment. I will also attempt to do so on my home laptop if I am successful as it gives me 2 compute s to install on and I can use one for studying on the go.

Both my phone numbers are listed in this email, though I expect you will not use them , I have copied the email I used earlier, though I will try to get my normal one (kahwatyg@***.com) to work on my computer (currently it works only on my phone) and try this process again.

I purchased materials from testkings for the security+ exam because of the 99.6% guarantee that I'll pass. I did not pass the exam and submitted all required documentation to claim the refund. Testkings responded to me stating that I do not qualify for the refund because I purchased a bundle. This makes no sense to me as this was the only product that they offer for the Security+ 401 exam. I emailed them about the process and they responded to 2 emails saying that they will not refund me and then they stopped responding. The materials are only compatible with a Windows OS and that is not made know. I feel lied to and cheated and I want my $200+ refunded.

Not the Testking it used to be - Stay away from this fraud company

Not one test question came close to the actual test. When contacting customer serviced they gave you the runaround - First they say "Vendor must have changed test in last minute, please check back in 3 weeks".

After three weeks they still don't have any updates and offer you another (most likely also outdated) study material.

If you want their "Guaranteed Refund", they point to their hidden fine print that Cisco, Microsoft and many others are exempt from the money back guarantee. If you want to save yourself the hassle to spending money for study material, more money for a failed test and the hassle to deal with their "customer support" STAY AWAY!

A guarantee to FAIL!

I visited the Test-King website to prepare for an Avaya exam. Immediately upon visiting the site I was given a discounted code to purchase the test engine- Test-King gives a 100% pass guarantee, so how could I go wrong? I used the discount code, bought the test, and began studying.... except that I immediately noticed that the some of the q&a was in direct contradiction to the information I learned in my class (which my instructor verified). I informed Test-King.com via e-mail (no support phone number anywhere), I sent them screenshots, and when I ultimately failed my test I sent them proof and a request for a refund. Test-King.com refuses to give me a refund because I purchased the product at a discounted rate (and therefore the 100% pass guarantee doesn't apply). Really? A pass guarantee that is invalidated by a discount, and couldn't possibly have been upheld because of incorrect q&a data in their test engine? Give me a break- what a scam!

I purchased VMware cloud materials and used the practice exams for 4 days. I was dissappointed that almost 1/3 of the practice answers were wrong.

I took and failed the exam within 4 days of purchase. I requested refund and sent screenshot of one of the wrong answers on their practice tests. Testking refused refund because I took the exam within 7 days of purchase and said they would update their practice exams. They promised and then reneged on offering free product for my troubles.

I had used VMware study materials earlier and took the test and just barely failed. I had hoped that test king would get me over the hump but they clearly are not maintaining there practice materials properly.

TestKing sells outdated exams and refuses to refund

I've bought a Riverbed exam and this was outdated for more than a year. I've sent the Testking consumer service an email about this.

They told me that it should be an last-minute change of the exam and that there will be an update of the practice exam in 3 or 4 weeks. This update has never come and now me is told it won't coming. The refuses too refund because it was an 'discounted purchases', but they have promo codes every single day, so they never refund.

Very outdated exams, that they keep selling and poor service, it looks like a fraud to me. Keep away from TestKing

The software is supposed to prepare you for the exam by giving you questions that look like the exam. They look nothing like official questions. Also, many of them are written poorly and are actually incorrect. This won't help you pass the exam - it will actually hinder you. And forget customer service. They are useless.

Software didn't work. Tested on 2 windows machines. They don't run on MAC. Requested a refund because of faulty software. They sent me a .pdf file over 900 pages to study not what I paid for. (I ended up with an expensive.pdf) Nightmare.

Their response:

First, suppose if there is issue with our test engine regarding font size but we have given you relevant PDF for free which you can read anytime on any operating systems. So we have checked your case with our manager and confirmed that we cannot help you with refund.

I bought the exams of testking LX0-101 and LX0-102 and I am seeing that is full of fails, the questions are not up to date and I have asked them to refund my money but seems as never are avalaible. Is a complete fraud, scam and very very bad quality, in the very bottom. I tried to contact with them several times, but they are always telling me nonsense without giving any solution. Really not recommendable at all. I feel very bad trusting them, but I wonder how can I ask for my refund. Is a lot of money lost.

Used TestKing for the first time for the Microsoft 70-410 Exam. It had a total of 100 questions and I could ace them all before I took the test. The TestKing questions were so completely different that when I took the test I was sure the testing center gave me the wrong exam. I have never used something so useless in my life and absolutely would not recommend this to ANYONE. Good luck with any kind of refund, the only thing they will offer you is credit towards another useless TestKing product. On their site it says “no hassle exchange” they do not give you your money back just more of the same ***. There were no questions on the exam that even remotely resembled a TestKing question. They also told me they would review the test and post updates in 2-3 weeks. What good is that when you are out $150 for the exam plus whatever you paid for their software. I don’t expect to be reimbursed for the exam but I do feel that given how absolutely useless the software was they should offer a refund. I see why they don’t however, because if they did they would go broke. TestKing is a complete and total rip off!

Questions were not even covered in the test and I subsequently failed the exam. Contacted them to follow up on the guarantee, they said the exam would be updated in 2-3 weeks. Waited to verify and all they did was change the updated date without changing any content. Used to be a customer but never again. Don't waste your money total scammers without regard to their customers. I'll be telling every professional I know to never use them. I've taken loads of tests and this by far has been my worst experience, and the only test I've failed due to the shoddy study materials they provided.

Basically their products are useless and misleading, and they never want to honor the refund policy once you paid. It is a scammer! Total of 50 questions and fixed 50 questions showed again and again repetitively in their practice tests and virtual tests for a cost of $125. The problem is these tests did not help in passing the real exam at all!!! Don't rely on these practice tests to ensure passing the real exam because these practice tests have limited value and do not prepare for the actual exam. Caveat emptor! Buyer beware! In general info they state: " If for any reason you do not pass your exam, Testking.com will provide you Money Back Guarantee, without any delay." Then in the details they said: "Only practice questions are available for Avaya, CISA, CISSP, Courses/Professional Tests, EMC, HP, Isaca, Microsoft, Oracle, PMI, and SSCP exams so these are not covered by 100% pass and refund guarantee..." You can see that actually nothing is guaranteed, it's totally a joke, and you will never ever get a refund. It is a scammer! Never buy any product from them!!
